Chef Anand George developed his culinary skills in Kerala, before training in the five star luxury hotels of Mumbai.
Moving to London in 2005 Anand further honed his art in leading Indian restaurants and opened Mint & Mustard, Cardiff in December 2007.
Here he creates his own style of food, based on a desire to create innovative cuisine. Together with our attentive, highly trained waiting staff we aim to deliver a truly memorable fine dining experience.
